Hi ppl. juz wanna noe if there is truly ani help 4 acne scars. Hear tat microdermabrasion is quite effective. But is there ani skin care centres in singapore tat provide this kind of service?

Are there ani off-the-shelf produts tat can make the scars less conspicuous? Ginvera offers the marvel gel? Used it for almost a month but no visible effects yet.

Would you dare to try fresh aloe vera gel directly from the plant? As far as I am concern it helps to minimise or lighten scars with no side effect. You might want to give it a try before spending tons of money on cosmectics or dermabrasions.

but eating can cause extreme "cooling" in de body, so no good for gals

apply directly from the plant everyday. is EVERYDAY hor. skin it off 1st to avoid the yellow gel (from aloe's skin) to come in contact with ur skin coz it could be irritant.

Basically it really depends on your scars type....

If it is not really that matter... try to live wif it...

Frankly if you wants to treat acne scars.... forget about those microdermabrasion or wat so ever sh it they doesn't work... Go NSC... or Specialist... Real treatment for Acne scars takes

if you really don't have that serious a problem... try to move on with your live...

this one works... every night before u go to sleep, apply A LOT on the scar area ( might as well apply to whole face )....

Sleep early..... then, everything should be fine ~

aloe vera gel… how much to apply? juz a thin layer? Are they the ones sold in the supermarkets? do i hav to mash the fruit up be4 applying?

u can either use the ready-made one from gaurdian or watson.. u know, the kind that got wat 99% or wat label on it one...

Or u plant it urself, whenever i got wound, i use the one that my mom planted, always heal up 90% in a just 2, 3 days .. but this is apply to new wound, old wound need more time, and patient..

Apply MORE than a thin layer ~

HIhi.. New York Skin.. My friend is over there as a cuystomer la haa. The price is very expensive. But it is effective if you follow their advice, use their products daily without fail but of course the correct way, and most importantly, drink lots of water and watch ur diet. be free of stress. do not smoke
But do not follow their advice only when they ask u to sign expensive packages. Just go for their normal facial it is realli effective.

Seriously it depends on your scars… how serious it is… if it is serious please approach a derm…. I always believe paying huge amount to the right person works the first time than paying the small amount to the wrong person.

She did a sciton thingy for my gf quite ok laser to reduce scars.

humm..currently i m also having problem with acne scar..my scar type is those black and red spots under the skin..i m not sure if the scar is permanent ??

I don't think those are permanent.

By the way.... facials may do more harm than good on some acneic skin...

depends on whether your acne is still erupting.

If they are still active, you really should check with a doctor first.

the doctor can then prescribe drugs to them eruptions with hormone pills and then eventually go for those dermabrasion treatments to smooth down the uneven rough scarred skins.
